About the Author
Robert J. Adler holds the Louis and Samuel Seiden Academic Chair at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, where he has a joint appointment between the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
