About the Author
Richard J. Gran is CEO of The Mathematical Analysis Company, a group of affiliates headquartered in Norfolk, Massachusetts, that develop mathematical models and simulations of complex engineering systems. He is author or co-author of over 150 technical papers and reports and holds a half-dozen patents related to engineering systems.
