About the Author
Martin Ehrendorfer has worked on atmospheric dynamics and numerical models for more than two decades at the University of Vienna, the University of Innsbruck, the University of Reading, the National Center for Atmospheric Research, and the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts. He is a recipient of the Royal Meteorological Society's L. F. Richardson Prize and a corresponding member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
